Yoga
Each morning we will begin the day with guided breath work, silent meditation and traditional hatha yoga practice. Throughout the week we will build upon the practice to ensure that you are feeling stretched, lengthened, twisted, inverted and grounded. The yoga classes throughout the week will be mindfully planned to compliment all the other activities, which you will also enjoy. We will wind down each evening with a gentle yin or restorative yoga class so that you can rest deeply and peacefully every night. Our retreat is open to everyone and anyone, no matter your experience or knowledge of yoga, we welcome you with open arms.

The price is for shared occupancy. If you would prefer to be in a single room, you will pay a difference of $222 cash in person. Let us know asap (we have only 2 available).

Please note that there may be changes to our planned schedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation Policy. Income from the retreat is used to pay for the center, transportation, book adventures, and so on. Given the nature of the social and cultural work of this retreat , cancellations have a very negative impact on the management of the event. Nevertheless, we know life happens. Therefore, if you need to cancel a month or more before the event you will receive full discount. In case of cancellation 2 weeks prior the event we will be forced to charge 35% of the total fee. For cancellations made a week or less before the start of the retreat there will be no refund.
