About the training
The course is led by physiotherapist Lukasz Mazurek – a student of Himalayan masters, therapists, and practitioners, among whom are Shri Krishna Shahi and Santa Ratna Shakya. The transmitted practice reflects human genius, striving for maximum effect through the use of the simplest methods. It is the fruit of the ancient tradition of the Himalayas, especially Tibet, where knowledge has been tested, accumulated, and passed on practically exclusively through experience. The series of courses that we invite you to is an unprecedented event – the techniques passed down by Tashi Lama almost 30 years ago will be offered to those who carry in their hearts the burning desire to heal themselves and others. During the advanced workshops, therapeutic methods that have been kept strictly secret since the death of Tashi Lama in the 1980s will be transmitted. The guardian of this knowledge, Shri Krishna Shahi, decided that it is time to use them to restore harmony on a local and global level.
Despite differing opinions in Europe, Tibetan singing bowls have been knowledge possessed by very few people. The Himalayan approach significantly differs from European schools of sound massage with Tibetan bowls, both mentally and in terms of the actual technique of performing the massage. The bowls are not just sound – advanced practitioners can, for example, dedicate only 1/3 of their time to working with sound – other techniques using the bowls include: massage, aromatherapy, working with crystals, and psychophysical exercises (according to the original Himalayan tradition). The small group with a considerable number of hours of practical training allows for secure and stress-free assimilation of the learned methods. Participants in the training receive bilingual (English-Bulgarian) certificates.
During the training, you will have the opportunity to purchase authentic high-quality Nepalese therapeutic bowls, personally selected by Lukasz Mazurek on site in Nepal.
Lukasz Mazurek
Lukasz Mazurek – a trained physiotherapist – has been involved in holistic medicine for over 20 years, with particular attention to sound therapy using the so-called ‘Tibetan bowls’ and gongs. Since meeting his Nepalese teachers in 2009, he has become a passionate supporter and advocate of this still little-known humanitarian tradition. Thanks to his passion for Eastern languages, he has the opportunity to access traditions and sources that have so far remained outside the awareness of people in the West. A tireless explorer of the path of ancient knowledge in the service of human well-being.
