Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is a great tool to maintain a toned body and a clear, calm mind during pregnancy and create the perfect environment for your baby to develop and grow. Different postures help relieve tight and tense muscles, while breathing techniques work on a deeper energetic and mental level to release fears, anxiety and calm and clear the mind. Regular prenatal yoga is also very helpful in preventing the ever so common back pain, sciatica, insomnia, swollen hands and ankles and can help with heartburn, varicose veins, and headaches.
Why would you need to practice Prenatal Yoga?
No back pain
It can reduce or relieve back problems common during pregnancy. Focusing on the strength and flexibility of the poses can help relieve back, neck and hip pain, which is often caused by the increasing stress on the spinal nerves from the increasing weight of the baby and also by the increase in breast size (which causes kyphosis of the chest).
Toning the labor muscles
Deep toning of the labor muscles (especially the transversus abdominis, the muscular walls of the uterus and the pelvic floor) will help the woman to "give birth lightly" and facilitate rapid postnatal recovery (eg reduce or prevent stress incontinence/prolapse and aid recovery at the seams)
Emotional balance
Promotes emotional balance - relaxation and stress management. Yoga practices will help Her to develop mental and physical strength - a necessary preparation for the upcoming challenges and to face them with courage and self-control
What are the benefits?
- Improves general stamina and health for pregnancy and childbirth
- Yoga increases strength, flexibility and agility
- Improves overall circulation
- Improves posture
- Relieves/prevents common pains during pregnancy
- Improves balance and coordination

Reviews
For Vesi 🙂 With two arms, two legs and all the muscles and joints, I recommend these two hands to Vesi! How we met? I literally couldn't walk and I was desperately looking for the right person and I found him! We started massages, individual gymnastics, yoga, and with persistence, the results were not long in coming ... for which I am very proud, but with persistence and the right advisor next to you, miracles happen! And her practices, which are as energizing as they are relieving... you leave recharged, awake, the blood in your body wakes up...so try it and see if it's yours, it's worth at least a try! Still, it all depends on ourselves and our choices, so feel good in your body and skin us!
I’m so grateful for having found Vesela. I was a complete beginner to yoga and naturally apprehensive about starting. Vesela is all I could ask for and more in a yoga instructor - knowledgable, calm, patient, energetic and empowering. Her knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is truly impressive - she’s deeply interested in the human body and how it works. In her work she focuses on both the outer body and the inner, mental and spiritual states; the way they come together harmoniously. Vesela works according to your specific needs and how your body feels on a given day: whether you need targeted pain or tension relief; more/less movement; more/less stretching, or whether you’d like to focus more on the mind and breathing. She works WITH you and encourages you to be aware of your body’s needs. I always leave our yoga sessions feeling better because of her warm and uplifting energy.
I met Vesela a year ago and since then I have not only more and better energy in my life, but also another friend. Everything she does is clean, bright, beautiful and...breathable. I have been practicing yoga for a long time, but for the first time someone paid such serious attention to every link of my body and what was happening to it. I specifically visited a yoga practice for the first time at Vesi's and during this year I must have missed a total of 5 times - incredible relaxation for the body and mind; great feeling to think 100% for yourself and feel that you are doing something for your soul. The massages are also totally different, as Vesi is not only a seasoned massage therapist, but a medically and anatomically perfectly prepared specialist. I recommend that you try everything she does and find what works best for you. Thank you dear Vessie!
